IECQ QC 080000:2012

The IECQ HSPM QC 080000 was first published by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) in November 2005 to response to the industrial demand of having a recognized international specification for hazardous substances process management (HSPM).  QC 080000 defines the requirements of an organization for establishing processes to identify and control the introduction of hazardous substances into its products.

ISO14001:2015

ISO 14001:2015 is applicable to any organization, regardless of size, type and nature, and applies to the environmental aspects of its activities, products and services that the organization determines it can either control or influence considering a life cycle perspective. ISO 14001:2015 does not state specific environmental performance criteria.

ISO9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

China Environmental Labelling

China Environmental Labelling is an official certified logo authorized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China. Accredited print manufacturers are authorized to apply the logo on the certified print products. The logo ensures environmental compliance in the production, use and waste disposal processes. The label also affirms that production techniques meet national environmental standards and green printing industry requirements in China.

STMC

STMC stands for the Standardized Test Methods Committee. The International Imaging Technology Council (Int'l ITC) administers the STMC program, assures its proper usage and polices against misuse of the STMC program and logos. For more than a decade, the STMC symbol has been the remanufacturing industry's indicia of quality. The test methods are used to evaluate toner printer cartridge performance. STMC uses certain ASTM test methods to evaluate a finished cartridge in comparison to another cartridge, typically an OEM cartridge.

DIN 33870-1:2013-12 & DIN 33870-2:2013-12

DIN is short for Deutsche Industrie Norm, the worldwide renowned German institute for standardization. DIN has elaborated several standards for remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges. The two standards DIN 33870-1 (Monochrome printing devices) and DIN 33870-2 (4-color printing devices) define the quality requirements for the remanufacturing process of toner modules and appropriate test methods.

Quality Management
Raw Materials Inspection

Mito only works with well- known major suppliers for quality components to ensure the quality and stability of each toner cartridge made in our facility. In addition, we now have the ability to make efficient and effective supply chain operations within Dinglong Group and fully make use of every raw materials resource of our Dinglong Group such as toner, rollers, chips and gears.

Inspection Equipment

A huge amount of sources and resources have been invested in advanced testing equipment for detailed analysis. Professional equipment and facilities, as well as procedures, are certified and required by STMC and QC080000, such as X–Rite spectrodensitometer for testing 2 major parameters - optical density and color gamut and spectrometer for RoHS standard etc., as well as other meters for testing the hardness of roller and melting point of toner powder.

Inspection Standards

Strict test is gone through RIT, in order to conform ASTM and ISO /IEC for the highest quality standard and to be recognized by an international laboratory and the industry as well. Every cartridge is environmental friendly and conforms to international standards such as ISO14000 and QC080000.

Inspection Process

Ⅰ. Strict quality inspection for incoming raw materials
Ⅱ. 100% test on assembly line
Ⅲ. 2% inspection before packaging
Ⅳ. 2% inspection before shipment
Ⅴ. 0.1% life span test
